Save your time
Staff responsiveness is an issue here— complaints about inadequate housekeeping and plumbing problems were not adequately addressed. Limited meal variety also created disappointment. especially the repetitive meat options. Manage expectations for a more enjoyable stay.

The all-inclusive service made my stay so easy, allowing me to enjoy delicious meals and drinks throughout the day without any stress. I loved lounging by the beach with direct access just a short walk away, feeling the sand between my toes and listening to the waves. Plus, the unique spa offerings, like the Turkish bath, left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered after a long day under the sun!

Prenses in Serik offered some unique elements that made my stay enjoyable. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning kept the room comfortable, especially during warmer days. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities readily available, making mornings more pleasant. The mini-bar was well-stocked, adding a nice touch to the room experience. I faced a few inconveniences. The noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the housekeeping timing was inconsistent. Some days I returned to my room expecting it to be cleaned, but it wasn’t. The garden furniture provided a cozy spot to relax outside. The breakfast buffet included a variety of options, although I noticed limited meat choices, which might not suit everyone. The airport shuttle service was convenient, yet the communication around its timing could be clearer. Prenses has many appealing aspects but could improve in managing noise and housekeeping services.
